Management of the team in charge of OEM Mechatronic parts development.

主要職責(zé)Main Responsibilities ：
In charge of defining the team organization to ensure the deliverables expected by car projects for EE Mechatronic parts.
設(shè)置團(tuán)隊(duì)的組織結(jié)構(gòu)，確保能夠按照造車(chē)項(xiàng)目要求提交EE機(jī)電零件相關(guān)的交付物。
In charge of teaching and coaching the engineers for APQP (supplier schedule management, supplier product and process quality management, engineering change request management).
負(fù)責(zé)教授和指導(dǎo)工程師APQP（供應(yīng)商計(jì)劃管理、供應(yīng)商產(chǎn)品和工藝過(guò)程質(zhì)量管理、工程變更需求管理）知識(shí)；
In charge of defining a dashboard to follow up all the development of the team and the hard points.
負(fù)責(zé)制定適當(dāng)跟蹤表來(lái)跟蹤團(tuán)隊(duì)發(fā)展和困難點(diǎn)解決進(jìn)度；
In charge of managing technical meetings for the Mechatronic parts.
負(fù)責(zé)管理機(jī)電零件的技術(shù)會(huì)議；
In charge of defining the training plan for all the engineers of the team.
負(fù)責(zé)制定針對(duì)所有團(tuán)隊(duì)工程師的培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃。
招聘職位要求：
Bachelor degree (Master preferred) in Electricity and Electronics.
電子電器學(xué)士學(xué)位（碩士?jī)?yōu)先）；
Very good English speaking and writing with practice (CET-6).
優(yōu)秀的英語(yǔ)說(shuō)寫(xiě)等實(shí)踐應(yīng)用能力(CET-6)；
Very good knowledge of APQP with regular practice.
熟悉且經(jīng)常應(yīng)用APQP；
Experienced in OEM suppliers or other OEM , especially in mechatronics field.
有開(kāi)發(fā)OEM供應(yīng)商或其他OEM(特別是機(jī)電領(lǐng)域)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
At least six years experience in mechatronics.
至少在機(jī)電領(lǐng)域有六年的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
At least two years of team management experience.
至少有兩年的管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
